More Information

Sample TSR Workflow via your Red Hat TAM:

  1. Reach out to your TAM to access TSR. TAM will work with you to confirm target cluster/s and expected outcome
  2. The TAM will internally create a TSR engagement under your account. This generates a separate support case for sharing cluster information with Red Hat and communicating the review results to the customer.
  3. TSR is completed once review results are shared. However, TAM continues to work with customers based on these findings to ensure long-term OpenShift success and supportability
