Windows stops with with HYPERVISOR_ERROR code

Issue
- Microsoft Windows running on OpenShift Virtualization has rare BSODs with HYPERVISOR_ERROR code.
Resolution
- The root cause is not yet confirmed, but this may be potentially avoided by using the procedure in Windows Guest migrated from VMware to OpenShift has leftover drivers to remove the VMMemCtl driver.
